The Schedule
From First Tee to Final Toast
Here's how the day flows, from morning check-in through the awards after-party at The Cove Brewery. Times are approximate and will be confirmed closer to the event.

7:00 AM
Check-in & Range Opens
Arrive, pick up your team packet and gift bag, and warm up on the driving range and putting green.

8:15 AM
Player Announcements
Teams head to their assigned starting holes. We'll cover the rules, contest holes, and a few words about the cause before play begins.

8:30 AM
Shotgun Start
All teams tee off at the same time from their assigned holes. The scramble format keeps the pace moving and everyone finishes together.
- 04
2:30 PM
Play Concludes
Teams hole out, turn in scorecards, and head back to the clubhouse. Final contest measurements are recorded.
- 05
4:00 PM
Awards, After-Party & Raffle
Head to The Cove Brewery for the after-party — drinks, the raffle drawing, and awards for the winning teams, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more.

Arrive Early
Plan to check in by 7:45 AM so you have time to warm up before the shotgun start.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on-site at Pompano Beach Golf Course.
Refreshments
Water and adult beverages are provided on the course. The awards after-party and raffle are at The Cove Brewery.
Dress Code
Standard golf attire. Soft spikes required. Plan for South Florida sun and heat.
